Warranty and Return Conditions

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

All products are under the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, please check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, do not take delivery of the product by making a report to the cargo officer. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design / box or packaging of the product are not covered by the warranty.

RETURN TERMS

If the product you purchased through our website is faulty, you must contact us at our e-mail support address info@achavalandirma.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. Following these procedures, the faulty product that you will deliver to us by cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the fault in the ordered product is due to customer use or if the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned and exchanged. In terms of product return and exchange conditions, applications in accordance with the “Consumer Protection Law” are essential.
